Reminder: Admin Post

Hello Maple Hall Staff! I'm KatyBelle, the Day Desk Clerk at Crumley. I'll be reading your blogs this summer! I'm so glad to see everyone blogging and I hope Summer Conferences are treating you well.

I have a few requests that you've probably gone over, but just as a reminder:

• Whenever you make a transaction, please include the guest's name (whoever purchased the items) the items purchased and the amount (2 internet access codes, 1 toothpaste, etc), and the dollar amount. This will help not only your Desk Clerks who are keeping inventory in the hall, but for my records as well. 
• Ex: Rachel McGowan purchased 5 laundry detergents for $5.
  
• If the police enter the building, damage occurs to any part of the building during the camp's visit, or any of the guests are injured, please include this in the blog! We need to know any event that compromises either the building or your guests.
